TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/h1>\n

1) CHILD DISCOUNTS<\/p>\n

Child discounts apply from two full-paying people in the room.<\/p>\n

0-3 years = free-of-charge
\n4-9 years = 50%
\n10-15 years = 30%<\/p>\n

Children younger than 15 years old pay no visitor’s tax.<\/p>\n

2) SHORT STAY SURCHARGE<\/p>\n

For stays of up to 4 days, a short stay surcharge of 10% will apply.<\/p>\n

3) TERMS OF CANCELLATION<\/p>\n

The general terms and conditions of business for the hotel industry apply to our house AGBH 2006<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>
\n<\/u>In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the room price. We recommend you to get a travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n

– up to 60 days before arrival you can cancel FREE of charge
\n– up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total price
\n– up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total price
\n– in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total price<\/p>\n

NOTE!<\/strong> Should there be a new shutdown because of Covid-19 (closed borders \/ hotels \/ ski area, official travel warning) the booking can be cancelled for free of charge. A deposit already paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n

4) TRAVEL INSURANCE:<\/p>\n

Cover yourself by booking travel insurance the easy way, together with your holiday booking. The reliable choice for your holiday.
\nThough still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness since May 29th 2020. More detailled information on this courtesy you will find HERE<\/span><\/a>

5) PAYMENT<\/p>\n

You can pay your room bill by cash, debit card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).<\/p>\n

6) RESERVATION – PRE-PAYMENT<\/p>\n

For a binding reservation, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% per room or per apartment.

7) ARRIVAL<\/p>\n

CHECK-IN from 3pm, CHECK-OUT by 10 am.<\/p>\n

If you are arriving after 8pm, please inform us by email or telephone under +43 (0) 5444 5262.
\nIn case of early departure or late arrival, the room rate will be charged for the respective booked days.<\/p>\n

We always try to accommodate your room requests, but cannot confirm this.<\/p>\n

8) PETS<\/p>\n

Sorry, no pets allowed.<\/p>\n

9) PARKING<\/p>\n

There is one free parking space per room or two free parking spaces per apartment in the CCTV-monitored
\nparking garage in the centre, about 150m from the hotel.
\nFor additional parking, we charge EUR 10.00 per day.<\/p>\n

10) SKI PASSES<\/p>\n

You can collect the ski passes directly from our reception. This saves unnecessary waiting times at the cable car.
\nPlease note that ski passes can only be collected in exchange for cash payment.<\/p>\n

11) NON-SMOKERS<\/p>\n

Please note that our rooms are non-smoking.<\/p>\n<\/div>
