1) SHORT STAY SURCHARGE
For stays of up to 4 days, a short stay surcharge of 15% will apply.
2) TERMS OF CANCELLATION
The general terms and conditions of business for the hotel industry apply to our house AGBH 2006.
In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the room price. We recommend you to get a travel cancellation insurance.
The Austrian hotel regulations apply. Room cancellations are only valid when made in writing.
– up to 90 days before arrival you can cancel FREE of charge
– up to 2 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total price
– up to 1 month before the day of arrival 70% of the total price
– from 1 week before arrival 100% of the total price
NOTE! Should there be a new shutdown because of Covid-19 (closed borders / hotels / ski area, official travel warning) the booking can be cancelled for free of charge. A deposit already paid will be refunded.
3) TRAVEL INSURANCE:

4) PAYMENT
You can pay your room bill by cash, debit card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
5) RESERVATION – PRE-PAYMENT
For a binding reservation, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% per room or per apartment.

6) ARRIVAL
CHECK-IN from 3pm, CHECK-OUT by 10 am.
If you are arriving after 8pm, please inform us by email or telephone under +43 (0) 5444 5262.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the room rate will be charged for the respective booked days.
We always try to accommodate your room requests, but cannot confirm this.
7) PETS
Sorry, no pets allowed.
8) PARKING
There is one free parking space per room or two free parking spaces per apartment in the CCTV-monitored
parking garage in the centre, about 150m from the hotel.
For additional parking, we charge EUR 10.00 per day.
9) SKI PASSES
You can collect the ski passes directly from our reception. This saves unnecessary waiting times at the cable car.
Please note that ski passes can only be collected in exchange for cash payment.
11) NON-SMOKERS
Please note that our rooms are non-smoking.
